At Eastern Shores Tour Agency, we understand that travel plans can change. We strive to provide flexible and fair booking policies for all our guests exploring the beauty of Sweeting’s Cay, Bahamas.

📅 Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

Standard Tours:

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour.
50% refund for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours in advance.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Private or Group Bookings (5+ persons):

Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours in advance.
50% refund for cancellations made 48 to 72 hours before the tour.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the tour date.

🌦 Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. In the event of dangerous weather (e.g., storms, high winds), we may cancel or postpone your excursion.

If Eastern Shores Tour Agency cancels due to weather, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Reschedule to another available date at no extra charge.

💳 Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
For cash bookings, refunds will be arranged in person or via direct bank transfer (Bahamas only).

❗ Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Late arrivals or missed departures
No-shows without prior notice
Unused portions of the tour
