1. 📅 Booking and Reservations

All tours must be booked in advance through our secure online booking system, email, or by phone.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Group tours and private charters may require advance confirmation and minimum group sizes.

2. 💳 Payment Terms

We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments via trusted processors.
Prices are listed in U.S Dollars (USD) only.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Taxes and fees may apply and will be clearly outlined during checkout.

3. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour.
Partial refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows.
Weather-related cancellations initiated by Eastern Shores Tour Agency will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

4. 🌦 Weather Conditions & Safety

Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. We prioritize your safety and comfort at all times.

The final decision on whether a tour proceeds is at the discretion of the tour captain or guide.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary based on environmental or safety concerns.

5. ⚠️ Assumption of Risk

By booking a tour, guests acknowledge that outdoor and marine activities carry inherent risks. Eastern Shores Tour Agency is not liable for:

Personal injuries
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Unexpected delays or changes due to weather or operational issues

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in appropriate health for physical activity.

6. 📸 Media & Photography

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to your image being used unless you request otherwise in writing before the tour.

8. 🏝️ Local Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be resolved under Bahamian law.
